Job Overview

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and enhancing client relationships with key stakeholders to expand business opportunities and ensure client retention. You will collaborate with the sales team to present proposals for new business ventures targeting large clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct business reviews and maintain regular communication with significant clients in the local market.
  • Work alongside the Business Development Manager and General Manager to optimize client visitation schedules for maximum sales and service efficiency.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify operational opportunities and recommend strategic actions for improvement, including sales growth, pricing strategies, inventory management, and cost reduction.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of management and frontline staff to ensure high performance and support.
  • Utilize leadership skills to set objectives and provide constructive feedback through established performance management processes.
  • Implement key business initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and strengthening client relationships.
  • Promote a culture of service excellence and safety leadership within the team.
  • Ensure effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with financial management to provide accurate forecasts and manage the market center budget.
  • Maintain compliance with all operational records and documentation as required.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 7 years in a relevant field with a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree. Experience in key client relations, P&L management, customer service leadership, and foodservice operations is advantageous.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to obtain DOT certification for operating regulated vehicles.
