Responsibilities:
MUST COME FROM HARDGOODS I.E. COOKWARE ETC
Lead the development and innovation of high-quality cookware products from concept to launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new product opportunities
Manage the product development timeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Oversee quality control processes and ensure products meet the highest standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product development, specifically in the cookware- electric and non- electric industry
Extensive knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully launching innovative cookware products
