Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions and gather information
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate services Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for this role
- Experience with data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment
