Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Print-on-Demand Account Manager to develop, lead, and expand our Print-on-Demand operations in the US. This role is crucial for establishing Supasoft Apparel as a leading brand in the Print-on-Demand sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Print-on-Demand market and knowledge of the latest trends, as well as a deep understanding of our products. They must have the ability to build strategic partnerships and key relationships with POD companies and collaborate with internal teams to meet various needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Supasoft Apparel’s plan to grow in the Print-on-Demand industry. Ensure all teams work together to acquire new accounts and manage relationships.
  • Gather and analyze market data to understand competition and anticipate customer needs. Share insights with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Print-on-Demand partners and key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for major accounts.
  • Develop trusting relationships with key accounts by understanding their objectives and challenges.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments to drive growth.
  • Create and execute strategies to surpass revenue targets for key accounts.
  • Regularly assess account performance, taking proactive steps to stimulate growth.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive business performance reports, highlighting factors influencing sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—marketing, product development, operations, and finance—to align with company growth strategies



Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role involving developing new business opportunities and expanding into new markets, managing sales efforts, and achieving sales targets, and overseeing marketing activities and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the Print-on-Demand industry or e-commerce environments is preferred.
  • Proactive and target-driven with a successful track record in large key account business development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong skills in project management, prioritization, time management, and organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for the apparel industry and a keen eye for market trends.
  • Willing and available for travel as needed.
