Job Title: Online Enrollment Counselor


Reports to: Director of Admissions


The salary range is $55-60K


Excellent Benefits include three weeks of PTO, 15 sick days, and 15 paid holidays, 401K.


This position can be REMOTE or HYBRID.


The Online Graduate Enrollment Counselor will be responsible for recruiting, monitoring, and driving inquiries to applications through the enrollment pipeline for all online graduate programs. Attend on and off-campus events to promote online programs to prospective students.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


• Present during or at webinars, open house programs, and information sessions, and counsel prospective students

• Accurately explain educational programs, student services, and financial information

• Participate in admissions activities such as online program meetings, admissions training sessions, interdepartmental meetings, and more

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via email, phone, and video conferencing

• Develop relationships with clinical programs to attract clinical affiliates to online programs


Required Skills & Abilities:


• Ability to work independently

• Ability to travel, including active driver’s license

• Ability to give interactive and engaging verbal presentations

• Strong judgment, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience with admissions CRM management software


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• 2+ years of experience in online program admissions

• Recruitment travel and weekend work may be required


**Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a university-approved exemption**
