Title: HR Support Specialist / Candidate Care Coordinator

Location: NJ or Tampa

Duration: 12 months contract

  • Collaborate with TA executive and non-executive teams
  • Schedules interviews (face-to-face, virtual, semi-automated, seminar, manual)
  • Books BMS conference room if applicable
  • Books travel arrangements
  • Facilitates pre-employment screenings including background check, drug screen and employment verification for both executive and non-executive candidates
  • Manage Digital Onboarding experience for candidate and represents TA in enhancement and troubleshooting issues
  • Answers Candidate and Hiring manager inquiries and uses urgency and sound judgment to resolve problems
  • Problem-solve technical issues in Workday and other TA systems for internal TA partners
  • Cross-functional partnership providing TA guidance and problem-solving support and includes but not limited to assigned RBU TA Leads/TA Team, HR People Services, HR Workforce Experience, IT, and Occupational Health Team.
  • Supports TAE Project Work as needed (ie. Global Mobility, Compliance, UAT…etc)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of HR Admin/Support Experience, with experience in Talent Acquisition preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday ATS and Paradox preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency in addition to the ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with C-suite leaders as well as peers to deliver dynamic candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful and long-term internal and external relationships.
  • Basic analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key data.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Spanish speaking skills preferred.
