We are looking for a self-motivated Associate- Data Analyst who will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies, as well as excellent communication skills to present findings to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

● Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including databases, external APIs, and spreadsheets, analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will help drive business decisions.

● Developing and maintaining data models,

● Creating and presenting reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.

● Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.

● Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures.

● Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Associate, or similar role.

● Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Astrato, or similar.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges.

● Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.
