Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Pantheon Data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a government environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Work with Scrum teams to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with relevant government regulations and standards.
  • Develop detailed user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce usage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in Salesforce and government projects.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector Foundation.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing projects within a government environment.
Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location:

United States - Remote

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
