Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Work with Scrum teams to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure all solutions comply with relevant government regulations and standards.
- Develop detailed user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce usage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in Salesforce and government projects.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector Foundation.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing projects within a government environment.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Work Location:United States - Remote.
Compensation:The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
