Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and management teams on contract review and administration for both new and existing products.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling order reviews, entries, and updates while ensuring exceptional service.
  • Review requests for quotes (RFQs) and proposals (RFPs), providing pricing and delivery information.
  • Monitor and analyze long-term contracts and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with terms.
  • Communicate with internal teams to expedite production and delivery.
  • Maintain routine follow-ups with customers and support regular collaboration sessions.
  • Resolve credit and billing issues with the accounting team.
  • Manage account ownership, ensuring accuracy in backlog and forecasts.


Qualifications:

5+ years in Contracts Administration; experience in commercial aerospace or defense is a plus. Preferred experience in sales order desk or marketing, with knowledge of MRP systems. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; understanding of business and accounting principles is beneficial. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor. Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay range and compensation package:

$75K to $110K
