We pride ourselves on our in-house production capabilities at our Orlando facility and maintain a strong presence on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and more. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Senior Content Strategist (Paid Ads) to join our small but mighty team. You'll work directly with our Head of Growth, who manages all paid acquisition efforts, and report to our CEO, Adeeb, who oversees all GTM strategies for our brands and products.


Job Description


We need a strategic and analytical Lead Creative Strategist:


  • Content Strategy: Plan content strategies for new and existing products based on data and creative hypotheses. Ensure strategies provide the media buyer with quality creatives.
  • Content Execution: Utilize in-house creators, online influencers, customers, and freelancers to execute the content strategy on time. Also able to shoot and edit high-quality creatives themselves on demand.
  • Content Management: Review incoming content for quality and brand alignment. Maintain an organized content database for easy access and iteration.
  • Content Systemization: Develop a robust database for raw content access and iteration. Maintain a separate database for finished content review.
  • Data Analysis: Dive deep into data to understand and forecast content performance. You should be able to analyze our TikTok Spark Ads Content Tracking sheet and historical data to predict future content needs and strategies. Use software we provide like Motion (Creative Analytics) App to identify winning ads, and use post purchase survey software like Knocommerce to help inform your next winning creative hook or angle.
  • Forecasting: Predict content volumes needed for different holiday periods and ensure we have the right amount of creatives for various scales by product category.
  • Experiment with funnels: Use the available resources and softwares available to you to create alternate landing pages such as listicles, quizzes and instant experiences with the support of our Head of Growth and web designer. No previous experience is required for this.


Daily Tasks & Responsibilities


Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Plan and schedule content creation for in-house and outsourced creators.
  • Provide feedback on completed creatives and hold creators accountable for content delivery.


Content Management:

  • Determine the quantity of content needed from creators.
  • Ensure a variety of content types (videos, photos, slideshows, carousels, etc.) are available for testing.


Content Creation:

  • Test new ad concepts and variations.
  • Handle initial product creatives to ensure high-quality testing.
  • Contribute to content creation to meet quotas.


Content Quality and Organization:

  • Create templates and formulas for successful content.
  • Create and maintain documents highlighting the USPs and key marketing angles for each product and brand, and enforcing their use amongst our content creators.
  • Manage a central database for all creative uploads.
  • Review every creative to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Properly label and organize video files for easy analysis.


Outsourcing and Influencer Management:

  • Oversee a VA who reaches out to creators and influencers for additional content.
  • Train the VA on new products and write sample outreach messages.


Content Analysis and Learning:

  • Analyze content using data sheets and content analytics apps to identify strong ads.
  • Actively and continuously gather insights using our post purchase survey tool KnoCommerce to inform our next advertising hook/angle/overall messaging. 
  • Identify patterns in successful ads and share insights with creators and editors.
  • Transfer learnings to other creators/editors.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Participate in weekly calls with our Head of Growth to collaborate on new 


Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in managing/collaborating with content teams, creating content strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Meta and TikTok data analysis.
  • Experience in DTC e-commerce.
  • Ability to work independently and own the content side of operations.
  • Video Editing experience: premier pro, capcut, etc.
