What will I be doing?

The Senior Creative Director defines and oversees the creative development and execution for all HGV brands. Directs internal and external resources to support business needs with creative solutions. The Sr. Director of Creative will lead efforts to identify and develop unique creative to promote our products across all platforms and is responsible for leading a creative team who produce results for a variety of client lines within Hilton Grand Vacations.

Position Summary:

  • Responsible for all products produced by the creative team. Provides overall creative direction and feedback.
  • Leads, trains, coaches and mentors team
  • Reviews and approves all creative
  • Responsible for ensuring all brand guidelines are met, are reflective of input, accurate and meet legal compliance
  • Maintains knowledge of best practices in web standards, SEO and accessibility
  • Identifies and implements changes and enhancements to content executions
  • Provides coaching and direction to champion continuous growth and retention of team members
  • Governs processes and workflows with an eye towards constant optimization; ensures that efficiency, scalability and quality are realized and sustained
  • Crafts brand identities as needed including but not limited to logos, fonts, color systems, visual articulation
  • Fully understands client input, goals and objectives to deliver projects within timeline that meets business needs
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with partners across the company
  • Engages with key partners to understand the performance of creative assets and campaigns for the purpose of optimizing creative
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and improve creative output
  • Responsible for press checks and reviewing vendor proofs
  • Manges day-to-day responsibilities of team members
  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies for all projects and sees them to completion
  • Collaborate with account team as needed to acquire knowledge of client requirements
  • Crafts work according to client/business partner input
  • Researches and promotes adoption of new design techniques and technologies
  • Organizes creative team for optimal utilization of talent, development of all team members, efficient and cost-effective production
  • Maintains knowledge of and sensitivity to regional requirements, business processes, strategic direction, and legal compliance
  • Sees that brand standards are met throughout the organization

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Eight (8) or more years as part of a brand management or creative team.
  • Experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, copywriting and brand development.
  • Proven track record in development and deployment of internal and external campaigns and programs.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of a range of industry standard software including Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront and Microsoft 365.
