Spring EQ is hiring Inside Wholesale Account Executives in Charlotte, NC to join our rapidly growing team.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new home equity brokers.
  • Establishes and continues the broker/seller relationship and ensure a steady flow of loan applications for existing and newly approved Spring EQ customers.
  • Advises brokers of Spring EQ programs, pricing and submission policies and procedures.
  • Assists brokers in loan submission process.
  • Trains brokers on use of available online systems for loan submissions, rate sheets and loan lock procedures.
  • Acts as liaison with broker, and internal processor, processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely loan closings.
  • Ensures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters and denial notices.
  • Work, maintain and update contacts in the CRM system.
  • Maintain all customer confidential information in accordance with all company policies and all laws.
  • Manages loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to brokers during the loan process.
  • This position requires a hybrid office/remote work schedule with an in-office presence a minimum of three days per week.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales performance with a focus on developing and maintaining broker relationships
  • Proven ability to set and reach sales goals
  • Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of home equity transactions
  • Knowledge of Spring EQ policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Knowledge of Spring EQ’s underwriting guidelines and investor requirements
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information about Spring EQ sales process flow, and products
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 – 5 years of experience as a sales representative required, preferably in the mortgage industry.
