They are seeking a Construction Field Manager ready to take the next steps in their wireless career.


The Construction Field Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of installation work at customer locations and job sites. This includes ensuring that field crews and technicians complete assigned tasks safely and to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Focus:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of installation projects in enterprise cellular networks, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, enforcing compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Regularly communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to senior management and clients.
  • Perform detailed site surveys and develop comprehensive scopes and quotes for new projects.
  • Manage multiple project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to predefined specifications.
  • Oversee the ordering of materials and the creation of Project Schedules.
  • Conduct and manage site surveys, scope projects, and prepare accurate project quotations.
  • Ensure proper installation and functionality of DAS and Public Safety systems through rigorous testing and adjustments.


Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in the installation and management of DAS and Public Safety network builds.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, Visio, and iBwave drawings.
  • Strong technical understanding of fiber optics construction, splicing, and testing equipment such as OTDR and Spectrum Analyzers.
  • Experienced in PIM/RL sweep testing and interpretation of test results.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills, capable of leading teams and interfacing with clients and senior management effectively.
