You will lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders (Engineering + Marketing + CIO of clients)
Own the delivery of our AI and Machine Learning projects, leading meetings, providing regular updates, and managing expectations
Architect and design end to end Generative AI products, applications and solutions for specific business needs; develop new or fine-tune existing models like GPT
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from a top school
- Minimum 10 years of development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable systems for training & evaluating of machine learning/deep learning models.
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following languages and frameworks: Python, SQL, C++ or Java or .NET,
- 2+ years of hands on experience with AI models, Multi-modal LLMs, foundational models, Diffusion based models and parameter efficient fine tuning of LLMs.
