Our newly built 200,000 sf facility in Chandler, Arizona is just one example of how Advantest is leading the way in precision manufacturing by investing in our ability to deliver real-time decision making through connected networks of data to help improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Our parts boast standard tolerances of +-.0004”, setting new benchmarks in the field. We have spared no expense for our new CNC Machining Facility in Chandler by equipping it with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells that use 6-axis Kuka Robot feeding pairs of Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs with advanced automation technologies that uses Swiss fixturing and Robotics from Erowa.
What We Need…
The Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional Expert will provide support to Advantest Manufacturing across the US and worldwide for the Oracle EBS Manufacturing Modules including MES, MRP, MPM, Quality, Shopfloor, WIP, Routing, and Inventory. This position will be responsible for analysis, design, and troubleshooting system issues; documenting business requirements and technical specifications; identifying best practices; proposing technology solutions; performing system testing; providing configuration, and end-user support of manufacturing and supply chain management.
What You Will Do…
- Ensure IT manufacturing systems, across ERP, PLM, MRP and infrastructure are delivered, improved and maintained as required.
- Provide support to Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering teams, and act as the primary point of contact for Super User/Business Admin Support.
- Proactively work to consistently improve systems supportability, performance, availability, and reliability through applying best practices such as root cause analysis, and other processes as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT, business and external technology experts to analyze, diagnose and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using diverse methods and tools.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key software vendors and counterparts at other companies.
- Engage with Operational business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage the applications across the different manufacturing operations.
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
- Develop and conduct test cases, end-to-end testing, and functional/regression testing.
- Document company-specific user instructions and conduct end-user training, such as requirements workshops.
What You Will Bring to the Role…
- 5+ years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Ordering, Procurement, Contract, and Inhouse Manufacturing for a global organization. (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience of Kinaxis Rapid Response Planning, and PTC Windchill for Items, Parts and BOMs. (PREFERRED)
- Oracle EBS Techno (30%) / Functional (70%) experience in Oracle Manufacturing (MES, MRP, MPM, Quality, Shopfloor, WIP, Inventory), Supply Chain Management Applications (MRP, Work in Process, Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, Project Manufacturing and Order to Cash (Order Management and Shipping).
- Good SQL & PL/SQL & Oracle development experience.
- Experience managing high-profile/high-priority IT projects.
- Ability to work with people across different countries, cultures and at different levels within the company.
- Willing to travel internationally up to 10%.
- Must be a US Person with current US passport.
