Our parts boast standard tolerances of +-.0004”, setting new benchmarks in the field. We have spared no expense for our new CNC Machining Facility in Chandler by equipping it with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells that use 6-axis Kuka Robot feeding pairs of Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs with advanced automation technologies that uses Swiss fixturing and Robotics from Erowa.


What You Will Do

The ERP Planning Manager provides planning administration including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, analysis, reporting, personnel planning, resource management and capacity planning. The position is responsible for the full range of the day-to-day planning and scheduling of four departments that are critical to function. End-to End activities, including managing others. Other Responsibilities include:

  • Creation of standard work, stand sequence of planning process and overall calendar of events focused on customer satisfaction, shop floor execution and system optimization.
  • Maintain data integrity of ERP planning parameters.
  • Lead planning and development of schedules.
  • Establish demand and planning time fences.
  • Controls planning data, lead times, order quantities.
  • Responsible for On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Ensure, with the cooperation of other stakeholders, the division achieves and maintains the highest possible Customer rating for satisfaction and On Time Delivery.
  • Create master production schedules to support customer service and inventory turn goals.
  • Drive, promote and develop positive communication with Operations to improve throughput.
  • Recognize marketplace requirements and create an environment in which the use of effective scheduling logic simultaneously produces realistic master schedules and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor/maintain accuracy and integrity of ERP input information (forecasts, order reconciliation, etc.).
  • Manage & control workload data analysis including plant/ work center level / cell level.
  • Conducts a demonstrated lead-time analysis and measures gap to published lead times.
  • Develops a master schedule for a specific value stream, product class based upon MRP, level loading, inventory strategy, lot sizing.


What You Will Bring to the Role

  • BS/BA degree in business, product planning or engineering discipline or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 12-15+ years of experience as a master planner/scheduler, maintaining responsibility for creating and updating manufacturing schedules by working with team and project leads to schedule resources, tracking progress, developing reports, and briefing project schedule status.
  • One or more APICS Certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, CTSC).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with schedules in an MRP/ERP environment preferable in ORACLE EBS manufacturing suite.
  • LEAN and HVM Principles and practical application experience; Lean Black Belt Certification is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and assembly practices.
