The General Manager for Food & Beverage will oversee all dining and beverage operations at BOSSE, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for guests. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in hospitality, restaurant management, and culinary operations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all dining venues, including the Italian-inspired restaurant, viennoiserie, courtside eatery, and sports bar

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly

- Manage kitchen operations, including aspects and food preparation

- Implement and maintain food safety standards

- Supervise shift schedules and manage staffing levels effectively

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

- Collaborate with the team to create menus and specials

- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll and budget management
