Artisan Power is a family-run enterprise that specializes in manufacturing and selling high-quality rechargeable battery packs to enterprise customers within the biomedical, telecom, retail, and scanner sectors, and to consumers through multi-channel ecommerce platforms. We have a strong market track record of high product quality and service reliability. This position offers a unique opportunity to be one of only a couple salespeople on a small, dynamic team with large greenspace opportunities.
Role Details:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition and secure large accounts for Artisan Power.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with management to devise and implement future sales strategies, establishing a foundation for repeatable success.
Focus Industries:
- Leverage our strengths in Telecom and Retail while capitalizing on our growing presence in the Medical Devices sector. Explore future opportunities in veterinary clinics, surveying, and construction resellers.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience working in sales at a small company
- Enterprise / B2B sales experience.
- Experience with sales tracking metrics and CRM tools.
- Experience in our focus industries is a plus.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve a new revenue target of $100k per quarter.
- Expand existing accounts with a defined revenue growth target.
Opportunities for Growth:
- Successfully establishing yourself in this role will open opportunities to develop and lead the sales team at Artisan Power, including hiring 1-2 supporting members within the first 12 months.
- Your achievements will significantly impact your career trajectory within Artisan Power, offering substantial professional growth.
Team and Collaboration:
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Manager to monitor and manage leads and new accounts.
