The successful applicant will ensure that the deliver of technologies to clients meets the highest possible standards. This is a critical role reporting into C-level, whilst partnering closely with the the Client Management and Account Management teams.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of technology services experience, including 3+ Years as a vCIO or Solutions Architect, ideally within an MSP environment
  • 5+ Years of management experience at a Technology Services Provider.
  • Experience implementing and/or architecting network infrastructure such as Switches, Wireless, Firewalls, and WAN Connectivity.
  • Experience implementing and/or architecting server/cloud infrastructure such as VMware, Windows Servers, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with design of IT infrastructure plans for new office builds is a plus.
  • Experience developing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • Project Management Certifications (CAPM, PMP)
  • Ability to occasionally manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and associated teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-day Management of a set of Strategic Advisors who are assigned to clients, acting as an escalation point or stand-in as necessary for strategic assessments and sales engineering activities.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our procedures for delivery of quotes/proposals and assessments to Clients and Prospects.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our platforms for the delivery of ongoing technology assessments (Ex: PropelYourMSP) and Client-Facing Quotes (Ex: QuoteWerks)
  • Develop new programs for advisory services, which may include staff technology training, cybersecurity advisory services, and education technology assessments.
  • Ownership of the CTS Product and Solution Catalog, ensuring that products in the catalog are accurate and Client Strategy/Sales Staff are aware of what to quote and when.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with our critical vendors and complete ongoing reviews (at least annually) to ensure CTS is providing the right solutions to clients at the right price.
  • In partnership with the Product Automation and Innovation Team, develop new client-facing solutions, including vendor selection, pricing, and internal/client-facing training.
  • Develop expertise in client-specific industries and provide guidance on best practices with regards to applications and associated systems/workflows.
  • Occasionally participate in discussions with Prospects as a resource to New Sales.


This role will be on a hybrid basis and we have a budget up to $160,000.
