Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement technical designs to create scripts that support performance optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure quality standards are met during performance testing, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver work on schedule, monitoring both internal and external dependencies, while accurately documenting all activities.
  • Establish and maintain application and transaction SLAs to ensure optimal performance in production environments.
  • Analyze and develop performance specifications and scripts based on defined workflows.
  • Communicate performance test results effectively to both IT and business stakeholders, demonstrating strong leadership and flexibility.
  • Comprehend systems environments, including shared resources, components, and services such as CPU, memory, storage, and network.
  • Create and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes for performance testing.
  • Support the performance engineering strategy in alignment with DevOps requirements across enterprise applications.
  • Engage in daily stand-up meetings, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand deliverables and commitments.
  • Actively participate in resolving critical infrastructure challenges and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Over 12 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Subject Matter Expert in LoadRunner, VuGen, and LoadRunner Developer platforms.
  • Proficient in LoadRunner Cloud and LoadRunner Enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with various performance testing methodologies, including Load, Stress, and Resiliency testing.
  • Familiarity with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as Splunk SoC, Grafana, and Aternity.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and web frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, NodeJS, ReactJS), as well as REST, JSON, and XML.
  • Ability to develop application performance test plans tailored to project specifications.
  • Skilled in interpreting performance test results and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Experience in defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and strategies to meet them.
  • Proficient in creating monitoring dashboards using Grafana.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional global teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and an excellent team player.
  • Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
