Position Description & Duties

  • This is a part-time to full-time opportunity
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Adobe. Quickbooks will be plus
  • Process bills, save files, scan documents, organize documents and help make the office digital
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order and organize office/kitchen supplies
  • Process and pickup lunch order
  • Light office and kitchen cleanup
  • Schedule and confirm appointments


Requirements

  • Previous work experience as an executive assistant, office administrator, or similar role
  • A College degree is not a must
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Great role for someone reentering the workforce
