Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to prevent overruns.
