We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Sales Assistant to support the wholesale sales efforts for Hurley Women's Apparel. This role focuses on assisting the team with domestic specialty sales via phone and our B2B platform, ensuring accounts and the North America sales team are managed efficiently and with exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and passionate about contributing to the growth of Hurley Women's Apparel in the North America Key Account and Specialty Markets.


Key Responsibilities :

  1. Sales Support
  • Assist the VP of Sales in managing the North America Key Account and Specialty Sales Team for Hurley Women's Apparel.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for certain specialty retail accounts, handling inquiries, processing orders and resolving issues promptly via phone and email.
  • Leverage the B@B platform (e.g., Nu Order) to manage orders, track inventory, and provide sales representatives and customers with updated product information.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to specialty accounts, reviewing seasonal collections, and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate Go-To-Markets efforts to ensure the timely delivery of materials, product information and updates to the sales team and wholesale accounts.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, sales events , and market appointments as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer service and logistics to ensure seamless account management and proactive communication.
  • Role is encouraged to attend sell-in appointments for key accounts to learn about all domestic key accounts and build relationships with buying teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion or a related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, wholesale, or customer service, ideally within the apparel or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of or passion for the Hurley brand and women's apparel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms like Nu Order or similar tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word , Powerpoint ).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
