Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of Supervisors overseeing and managing daily activities of all aspects of Production, Maintenance, Shipping, and Warehouse responsible for a multi-shift workforce
  • Drives operational decisions regarding equipment utilization, maintenance, modification, and procurement, and consistently evaluates and manages machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime; implements cost control programs
  • Reviews and assesses production schedules and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimal downtime with minimal cost; communicates and reinforces production schedules, sustaining the highest operational quality, productivity, and efficiency levels; conducts daily, weekly and/or monthly production meetings as needed to discuss scheduling and other operational needs
  • Determines necessary resources (people, equipment, and/or materials) and training required to ensure output meets and/or exceeds quality and productivity standards; ensures necessary training is conducted (both formal and informal) utilizing training guides and tools to document training progress; works with Supervisors to establish and implement detailed development plans

  • Must have experience in the Corrugate industry
