Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations and ensuring that our manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the night shift production team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Implement and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of production team members.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
