Production Supervisor Line Lead

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor Line Lead to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities and implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Train, evaluate, and cross-train team members
- Schedule, manage, and assign daily work
- Generate PE supply sheets
- Verify and reconcile PE formulas with current R&D product specifications
- Enforce SOPs, GMPs, and FIFO material handling rules
- Reconcile and verify inventory charges using transaction journals, PFS reports, and PE documents
- Ensure team members are properly executing IC procedures, recording, and verifying materials
- Conduct safety and training meetings
- Oversee storage area maintenance and order
- Material handling experience
- Inventory management skills
- Sorting and production expertise
- Quality control knowledge
- Cycle count experience
