The HR Generalist will be responsible for leading a broad range of Human Resource functions with a specific emphasis on recruiting. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can manage daily HR tasks while playing a crucial role in talent acquisition and retention in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
  2. HR Administration: Oversee daily operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  3. Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  4. Training & Development: Coordinate and oversee the training and professional development of staff.
  5. Benefits & Compensation: Manage employee benefits, ensure competitive compensation, and process payroll.
  6. Performance Management: Lead performance review processes, offering support in goal setting, feedback delivery, and improvement plans.
  7. Policies & Compliance: Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure they are in line with legal requirements and organizational goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in diverse recruiting strategies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
