Procurement Analyst

  • Hybrid (2-3x a week onsite in Wilmington, MA)

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • They want someone researching and onboarding new vendors. Getting RFP’s for new vendors, not actual goods or equipment.


Responsibilities:

  • Solicit and qualify potential new vendors for assigned categories
  • Develop RFPs that aid in price discovery and vendor selection
  • Support or lead sourcing initiatives with the oversight of the Head of Procurement
  • Negotiate all terms and conditions of supply with support from their manager
  • Facilitate implementation of new agreements and onboarding of new suppliers
  • Provide ongoing Supplier Relationship Management support
  • Manage vendor price change requests, validate them against existing contract terms, calculate cost impact and update vendor pricing.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of Procurement, Consulting, or other analytical work experience
  • Vendor selection and supplier relationship management.
