We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven track record in private equity and turnaround management within the food manufacturing industry. This person should have a strong background driving transformational change, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering sustainable financial performance in private label / co manufacturing company. This role requires a strategic leader with the ability to navigate complex business challenges, inspire a diverse workforce, and engage with stakeholders to achieve long-term growth.


Ideal candidate will have successful history of driving growth, managing complex change, and delivering measurable results in a competitive industry. This is a unique opportunity to lead them through a critical phase of growth and transformation. You will have the chance to shape the future of the organization, working closely with private equity partners and a dedicated team to achieve ambitious goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Lead the company through periods of significant change, focusing on operational efficiency, cost management, and profitability. Implement turnaround strategies to stabilize and revitalize the business.
  • Work closely with private equity partners to ensure alignment of financial objectives, performance metrics, and value creation. Manage relationships with investors, board members, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including production, supply chain, quality control, and R&D. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
  • Drive financial performance by optimizing revenue streams, managing budgets, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including potential mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience, with a significant portion in the food manufacturing industry, private label, co manufacturing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in private equity-backed companies and turnaround situations.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational expertise. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% OR relocate to Arizona.
