Position SummaryThe Chief Executive Officer is instrumental in steering the organization towards its goals by implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing operations of the resource center, and nurturing vital relationships with donors and stakeholders throughout Arizona.
Key Responsibilities- Vision & Strategy: Act as the primary representative of T4TT, effectively conveying the organization's mission and values to various stakeholders. Regularly assess the mission and strategic direction to ensure alignment with programmatic goals.
- Leadership and Management: Collaborate with team members and board members to define roles and foster professional development. Inspire a diverse team to meet both organizational and individual objectives.
- Fundraising & Communications: Contribute to the development of a comprehensive fundraising strategy to enhance revenue streams, including grant writing and relationship building with major donors.
- Finance: Oversee the creation of annual budgets and ensure effective resource allocation to achieve organizational objectives. Maintain financial integrity through regular reporting and audits.
