IDR is seeking a Team Member HR Assistant to join one of our clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This is an ongoing contract position that is set up in a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience with fielding inbound calls or any administrative related tasks.


Position Overview for the Team Member HR Assistant:

  • Support HR Team Departments as the first point of contact for team members triaging and answering incoming calls and routing to the correct departments if additional troubleshooting is needed.
  • Review incoming HR paperwork and communicate with management to ensure receipt of proper supporting documentation and/or approvals
  • Provide high-level customer service to team members regarding HR matters including but not limited to: resetting passwords, submitting electronics personnel transactions, general troubleshooting for HR Systems
  • Assist department in ensuring various company guidelines and legal requirements

Required Skills for the Team Member HR Assistant:

  • 1+ years of experience fielding inbound calls in an HR Setting
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
