Human Resources Business Partner

Duties:
- Strategize and execute business strategy into human capital business plans; develop and execute human capital strategy through the implementation of programs, processes, and tools.
- Drive change management practices to enable organizational effectiveness. Identify, implement, and lead program and process improvement opportunities to drive business requirements.
- Coach and mentor leaders on organizational and individual employee performance needs. Plan and recommend talent management initiatives to support business requirements. Strong experience in employee relations, investigations and employee engagement.
- Oversee consistent application of human resource policies, programs and services. Interact with management and supervisors to provide counseling and advice regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Well-versed in state and federal employment law. This includes but is not limited to; EEOC, ADAAA, HIPAA, FMLA, Workers Compensation, OSHA, COBRA, ERISA and Wage and Hour laws.
- Well-versed in EEOC, AAP, and SCA compliance.
- Management of the Benefits program to include open enrollment and working with the brokers / vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
- Multi-site, Multi-state experience required
- 7+ years experience in Human Resources is required

Location: NashvilleOur client, located in Nashville, TN. Is looking for a direct hire, Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.
Duties:
