Pay Range: $110-130k


Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic employee relations and performance management issues
  • Provide support in the review and updating of HR policies, procedures and compliance projects
  • Assist with handbook updates and improvements
  • Assist with auditing international employee records, including employment contracts
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual performance review process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and completion of annual reporting
  • Provide support during open enrollment
  • Coordinate and develop training for employees and management
  • Oversee and manage full cycle payroll.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned and necessary


Requirements:

5 years HR experience in an hourly environment.

Experience managing full cycle payroll for a minimum of 100 employees

Bachelors degree required

HR Certifications preferred, SHRM, PHR, HRCI
