The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with business leaders on compliance, safety, recruitment, onboarding, and other ad hoc HR duties. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Onsite: Chatsworth, CA
Pay Range: $110-130k
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic employee relations and performance management issues
- Provide support in the review and updating of HR policies, procedures and compliance projects
- Assist with handbook updates and improvements
- Assist with auditing international employee records, including employment contracts
- Assist with the preparation of the annual performance review process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and completion of annual reporting
- Provide support during open enrollment
- Coordinate and develop training for employees and management
- Oversee and manage full cycle payroll.
- Assist with other projects as assigned and necessary
Requirements:
5 years HR experience in an hourly environment.
Experience managing full cycle payroll for a minimum of 100 employees
Bachelors degree required
HR Certifications preferred, SHRM, PHR, HRCI
