About the Role:

As a Hospitality Associate, you will be the face and voice of the Forrest Solutions brand, serving as a key ambassador who consistently delivers a memorable, high-caliber experience for our clients. Through your dedication to exceptional customer service, you will help shape positive client experiences and cultivate lasting relationships that reinforce our reputation for excellence.

ey Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive, real-time support for meetings across all office floors, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
  • Oversee room setups to guarantee alignment with client expectations, including lighting, supplies, and AV equipment to facilitate seamless meeting experiences.
  • Partner with vendors to coordinate catering, equipment setup, and timely removal, ensuring flawless execution of services.
  • Maintain a pristine and professional environment by collaborating closely with the clients maintenance team to uphold our high standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, timely, and knowledgeable responses that reflect our commitment to quality service.
  • Record and analyze data on customer interactions, room occupancy, and service metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a client-focused, service industry role (Hospitality, Event Planning, Hotel Management), where delivering outstanding experiences is paramount.
