Human Resources Manager

To support our continued growth and expansion, International Education Corporation (IEC) is recruiting an on-site Human Resources Manager to join our HR team in Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Leave of Absence (LOA) process, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other state-specific leaves, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding LOA inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout the leave process.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on LOA policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, diversity, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to HR leadership based on findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, with a focus on leave management and HR reporting and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of California employment laws and regulations related to leaves of absence, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other state-specific laws.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably PAYCOM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
