TA Operations Specialist – 6-Month Contract (Remote-Preference for candidates in Boston, MA, with availability to meet once a week at a WeWork in Back Bay.)


About the Role: Our client is in the process of implementing two new tools—GoodTime (interview scheduling tool) and Greenhouse Onboarding (part of their ATS, Greenhouse). The TA Operations Specialist will play a key role in these implementations and manage project-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of GoodTime and Greenhouse Onboarding tools.
  • Handle project management, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Interface with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company.
  • Configure systems, manage data entry, and ensure smooth onboarding process integration.
  • Provide clear communication to teams and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with TA operations and exposure to system implementations (GoodTime and Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with HR systems.
  • Comfortable working with international hiring processes.
  • Open to candidates with various titles, including those with TA Ops or recruiting coordinator experience.



Interview Process:

  • Two steps: A call with the hiring manager and a call with the HR lead.
