About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our global team of creatives, engineers, business folks, and more. You aren’t the typical Sales, you like to think creatively and lift constraints that block imagination.
In this role you will be an early member of a fast growing team working on our flagship B2B SaaS initiative - Vmake AI. Vmake AI is an all-in-one e-commerce creative solution offering realistic AI fashion models and product photography. Designed for e-commerce businesses, Vmake AI streamlines the content creation process, enhancing operational efficiency and boosting sales.
You will be responsible for driving sales of Vmake AI to small and mid-market businesses. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in full-funnel sales, a proven track record of selling B2B SaaS products, and a passion for AI and technology.
Things are always moving quickly at Pixocial. We need team members with an agile and dynamic mentality, who are comfortable with change, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a job is done optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the Sales Funnel: Source leads and drive business from lead generation to closing deals. Create and optimize the sales funnel to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Lock in Key Customer: Identify and target key customer, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with these customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
- Scale Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand our customer base at scale. Utilize multiple channels, including online forums, social media, and offline events, to identify and engage potential customers.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies. Leverage this knowledge to refine our product positioning and sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product implementations.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing regular insights to the management team. Implement data-driven decisions and continuously improve the sales process.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback and requirements to our product development team, helping to shape the future of our SaaS products.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and e-commerce solutions is highly desirable. Experience scaling sales to SMB & MM a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficiency in utilizing online and offline channels for customer acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
