General Purpose: As a Patient Account Executive at Olympia Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will serve as a crucial link between our organization and our valued patients, offering them tailored solutions that align with their pharmaceutical needs.


Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry to expand the company's patient base.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct thorough research on client needs and industry trends to tailor product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market demands.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Ability to handle 75+ calls a day.
  • Strong background in telephone sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience in the following industries: erectile disfunction, weight loss, men’s & women’s health.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and services.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
