Senior Program Control Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting methods to assess program performance and ensure compliance with both government regulations and client requirements. Your contributions will be essential in tracking program demands and cost efficiency, managing project finances, and supporting all aspects of program control.


Key Duties:

  • Design and execute financial controls and forecasting methodologies.
  • Oversee program requirements and cost efficiency to ensure adherence to contracts.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, accruals, and invoice management.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Finance and Project Managers to monitor project profitability.
  • Review invoices and support Accounts Payable with accurate coding.
  • Manage and reconcile inventory, prepaid expenses, and other related accounts.
  • Ensure the accuracy of revenue and costs, preparing financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Assist with various programs/projects, addressing issues and proposing corrective measures.
  • Provide program control assistance during monthly closing processes, including variance analysis for revenue, gross profit, and contribution margins.
  • Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) reports.
  • Support project and contract initiation activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, focusing on billing, revenue management, costs, and U.S. GAAP compliance.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate teams in diverse contract settings (Time and Material, Firm Fixed Price).
  • Demonstrated expertise in tracking, monitoring, and reporting project costs, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with government contracts and their CLIN structure is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics SL is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex challenges.
