Senior Project Manager - Curtainwall and Glazing

CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our curtainwall and glazing division, you will be responsible for administering high-rise curtainwall projects from pre-construction budgeting and scheduling through procurement, shop drawing development, construction, turnover, and contract closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the shop drawing and submittal process by collaborating with architects, engineers, drafters, and factory representatives to establish a solid project foundation.
  • Obtain current structural drawings from the general contractor and interface drawings from other trades for site use.
  • Establish schedules of values for projects, assisting with monthly requisitions, change orders, and other project accounting duties.
  • Develop project schedules based on client requirements, factual durations, and lead times.
  • Coordinate material release for fabrication in alignment with the project schedule.
  • Provide project design managers with details and sketches for non-compliant conditions, including structural drawings and those from other trades interfacing with the curtain wall.
  • Obtain construction permits, follow job safety and insurance programs, and ensure projects are in accordance with codes and requirements.
  • Oversee and ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
  • General knowledge of the construction industry and its standard practices (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the curtainwall industry (a plus).
