What You’ll Do

  • Craft digital marketing content including weekly podcasts, videos, case studies, and other digital media projects on time and on budget
  • Partner with Customer Advocacy and account teams to identify expert guests to interview for our podcast series in alignment with marketing initiatives
  • Craft thoughtful, specific interview questions that will generate a unique and compelling story
  • Facilitate interview recording, including conducting tech checks, monitoring recording quality, and troubleshooting any technical questions or issues
  • Project manage the entire customer story process from end to end, including interview coordination and scheduling, process communication, facilitation of reviews and approvals, usage of content across various channels, and adherence to timelines
  • Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the entire story process
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to develop digital assets to support cross-team campaigns
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail)

Your Background

  • 1-3 years' experience in B2B software marketing, editorial, or multi-media content experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Audition and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with Squadcast, Descript, and Canva
  • Passion for audio production, videography, and storytelling
  • Excellent writer and communicator (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ambitious and a self-starter. Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Ability to manage projects across cross-functional teams within an organization
