Please note: the ideal candidate must reside in OH. This is not a remote position. We provide a competitive base salary with the potential for year-end bonus.

We offer programs and technology that are the best in the industry to drive business. Our dealers have access to on-line ordering, electronic catalogs, internet sites, point of sale systems, advertising programs, as well as retail pricing and merchandising systems.

Job Description

  • Maintaining and developing good customer relationships while increasing sales growth in the territory.
  • Developing new accounts, training our customers, presenting programs and recommending new products.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Learning and applying new product knowledge to enhance sales.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Must be experienced in selling Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical or Building Material Lines.
  • Knowledge of existing accounts in the region preferred.
  • Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
  • Experience delivering daily/weekly updates to Sales Director.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot and/or other related software.
  • Extensive travel required.
