What we’re looking for:
Optilogic's IT team is seeking an experienced IT engineer to assist with day-to-day internal support and project initiatives within Microsoft 365. In this role, you take lead on project implementation, collaborating across all teams within Optilogic. Hybrid role - 2 to 3 days per week in the office as needed. This is a great career opportunity with room for advancement/growth. This position will report to the Director of IT.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s systems and data.
- Collaborate with Director of IT to implement new systems and processes.
What you’ll need:
- Proficiency in handling common network and Internet protocols.
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, MS Entra ID, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft software products and maintain various devices.
- Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
- Experience with desktop/laptop/mobile maintenance with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 security
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross team within in the organization on projects.
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with IT and Microsoft 365 administration
