Job Description:

Oversees strategy, media and creative of all owned marketing assets such as email and organic social as well as corresponding on site assets.


Responsibilities:

  • Acts as internal point person for all owned channels by building relationships with cross functional groups such as Merchandising, Planning, Media & Digital Marketing and Web Store Operations
  • In partnership with Creative, oversees photography process by ensuring seasonal merchandise needs are met, selecting talent, and approving final photography selections
  • Sets marketing direction and oversees team on execution of Influencer plans
  • Sets marketing direction and oversees team and agency on execution of multi-channel PR plans
  • Closely collaborate with critical business partners (Merchandising, Site Operations) and marketing partners (Consumer Insights & Analytics (CI&A), Media/Digital Marketing) on measurement of Marketing initiatives
  • Ensure marketing spend is on budget and that funds are allocated to generate high-impact results with maximum efficiency and an eye towards continuous improvement
  • Oversee two Marketing Specialists in their day-to-day activities and coach them on performance and professional development.


Experience:

  • 6-8 years of ad agency or client side Advertising/Marketing experience
  • Agency and/or retail experience is preferred
  • Multi-channel, integrated thinker who can connect the dots between objectives & channels


Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Campaign production knowledge
  • Highly motivated/ambitious and a new idea generator


Education:

Bachelor’s degree
