REGIONAL SALES MANAGER


We are looking for a customer focused, team oriented, relationship building, deal closing, self-starter with commercial roofing industry experience or knowledge in substrates, membranes, and coatings solutions.


Job Description:


  • Manage selling process from start to finish – prospecting, providing samples, evaluating roof condition, pricing material, submitting orders, customer service, and more.
  • This applies to contractors, building owners, and distributors.
  • Assist contractors to become Certified Licensed Applicators.
  • Train as necessary.
  • Work through application paperwork process.
  • Work through warranty paperwork process.
  • Provide support as necessary.
  • Qualify leads and provide to contractors.
  • Bring on and train independent reps if deemed viable and necessary.
  • Attend and exhibit at trade shows and other business development events.
  • Work with marketing department to develop promotional materials and programs within your region.
  • Assist with managing distribution facility if deemed necessary for market.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings both in person and online.
  • Ability to work solo towards team and individual goals while maintaining focus on safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively. Overnight travel of 75% each week is expected.
  • Relocation may be required to reside within designated Sales Region.
