Partner Program Marketing Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Partner Program Marketing Manager to work hybrid-preferred in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate comes from a Reseller (VAR) or IT services/SaaS provider background, and has experience with partner marketing for or with MSPs. This is an initial 12 month long term W2 contract with possible extensions beyond and/or possible conversion to FTE.


Job Summary:

This person will be a vital part of the expansion of a company's current partner program - will own the positioning of this program, and own driving awareness of the program. Responsibility includes overall strategy and Marketing campaign implementation. Will run their IT nation events strategy, work with vendors to coordinate events, etc. Responsible for analyzing data and present improvement recommendations to leadership. Develop and execute impactful multichannel awareness campaigns, coordinating the program's presence at industry events, and analyzing campaign results to provide valuable recommendations for improvement. Manager plays a role in managing strategic vendor relationships.

  • Oversees Partner Program messaging and positioning for effective communication of benefits internally and externally
  • Works cross departmentally to deliver internal educational resources, ensuring widespread awareness and understanding of key Partner Program initiatives
  • Designs and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns for program awareness
  • Manages and organizes webinars and industry event presence for Partner Program
  • Coordinates Partner Program’s presence at ITN Nation events and other industry events, including recruitment and follow-up strategy
  • Coordinates partner event sponsorships through Partner Program
  • Tracks and analyzes campaign and event results, providing recommendations for recruitment and retention
  • Maintains strategic vendor relationships, managing commitments and deliverables
  • Provides support to the Partner Program Marketing team, with a high attention to detail
  • May coach and review the work of other team members
  • Maintains an informed and insightful point of view on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issue as an informed and insightful point of view of best practices and solutions across functions


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant corporate Demand Gen/Marketing Campaign Management role
  • Minimum 3-5 years of partner marketing experience and channel marketing and/or partner program management
  • Experience working directly for or with an MSP
  • Working knowledge of Cybersecurity, MSP, Technology Service Providers (TSP), and Value -Added
  • Resellers (VAR) industry
  • Knowledge of Channel Marketing Automation Platforms, Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
