**These are NOT linear projects. The portfolio size is roughly $150m


Schedulers will:

  • Dig into each Project Manager on the team (8) on budget and schedule towards project completion
  • Build a portfolio schedule for all of their projects
  • Build a WBS of projects and add in milestones
  • Manage accruals and forecasting for Project Managers, as well as adjusting the forecast as the project goes.
  • Manage the financial reporting due on the 4th of every month
  • Provide good data into the system to reflect accurate BI reports. Currently they do not trust the data.
  • Create job aides
  • Manage project controls risk, cost controls, variance, and integration
