Position Overview

The Staffing and Scheduling Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of scheduling, personnel allocation, and timekeeping for specific operational areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Develop and modify work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and address staffing needs.
  • Shift Fulfillment: Proactively fill open shifts to maintain optimal staffing levels.
