This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee a team of Production Planners and take charge of transforming the supply plan into a master production schedule that is actionable. Daily, you will convert anticipated forecasts, incoming volumes, and work scopes into a detailed production plan with a phased build schedule. You will also demonstrate your expertise by setting key performance indicators for the accuracy of the master plan. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the Production Planners team, managing human resource planning, development, and conducting periodic performance evaluations of team members.
• Compiling master schedule reports that reflect performance against business, shipment, inventory, and production plans.
• Assessing current demand levels and devising tactical production plans to fulfill identified customer needs.
• Coordinating supply based on product mix and delivering precise commitment dates to the customer service team across various product lines.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment
  • 5 years of experience in budget & performance management, data analysis & reporting, order handling & fulfillment, resource management & capacity planning, inventory management & control.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Leadership or management experience is strongly preferred.
